Welcome to Dimesly. By creating an account or using this app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the app.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Dimesly is a personal savings organiser that lets you store coupons, loyalty cards, gift cards and promotional codes in one place, and reminds you to use them when you're near a relevant store.
The app is free to use. We do not charge subscription fees, take a percentage of your savings, or monetise your personal data.
You must create an account with a valid email address to use Dimesly. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately and contact us. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account use that is not our fault.
Each account is for personal, non-commercial use by a single individual. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent, or use automated means to create multiple accounts.
When you add coupons, stores, codes or other information to Dimesly ("Your Content"), you retain full ownership of that content. You grant us a limited licence to store and display Your Content solely to provide the service to you.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you add. You agree not to add:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
Dimesly is a personal organiser — it does not create, issue, endorse, or guarantee any coupon, discount, or promotion stored in the app. All coupons are added by users themselves or extracted from images via AI.
We make no warranty that:
Dimesly is not responsible for any loss, inconvenience, or disappointment arising from a coupon being rejected, expired, or incorrectly stored.
The screenshot OCR feature uses artificial intelligence to extract coupon details from images. This is a best-effort extraction and may produce inaccurate results. You should always review AI-extracted data before saving it to your wallet.
By using the screenshot feature you consent to the image being sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Images are not stored. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Nearby feature uses your device's GPS to show stores with active coupons near you. Location is accessed only while the app is open, unless you explicitly enable background location for geofence alerts.
Location accuracy depends on your device and network conditions. We are not responsible for inaccurate distance or proximity information.
All app design, code, graphics, logos, and original text belong to Dimesly and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership of our intellectual property.
Third-party trademarks (store names, brand logos) belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in the app is purely to help you organise your own coupons and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
Dimesly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of savings, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim — which, since the app is free, is zero.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes all your data.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, or if we discontinue the service. We will give reasonable notice where practical, except in cases of serious violation.
On termination, your right to use the app ends immediately. Sections 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
For users in the European Economic Area, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply and are not affected by this clause.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be notified via an in-app alert at least 14 days before they take effect. The current version is always available within the app.
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may delete your account before the changes take effect.
